Red wooden plate is a vintage wooden plate from Indonesia.It's an, exotic wood, Indonesian, small platter, a red painted, leaf shaped, hand carved decorative plate.
It is made of light wood, probably bamboo.It shaped like a round leaf with pointy edges.It has a beautiful stem among the pointy edges.The plate's surface is divided in three areas that have been hand painted and hand carved in different patterns.
In the middle there is a flower theme in red, black, ivory and green colours.Above the flower and below the stem there is a pattern of small small circles in black and ivory.The bottom part is decorated with lines and triangles between the lines.The stem is with black lines parallel to its length.
Underneath the wooden, red dish is black, decorated with red andivory spirals that end in lovely petals and thus become flowers.There are also tiny red dots in clusters of three all over the bottom part surface.
This vintage, Asian wooden plate measures about 20cm in diameter and about 2cm in height.It is for decorative use only, no cooking, washing, etc.It is in good, unused condition.
It is beautiful for display, or to put on the wall.
It will be so nice for the keys in entrance, for your jewelry in the bedroom, for wrapped candy, etc.
